It’s not because there’s anything actually wrong with it, but because men’s clothes are cut to fit men. They’re not cut to flatter a woman’s figure. A woman can wear men’s clothes and be attractive, sure, but it’s no credit to the clothes. For the clothes to enhance her attractiveness, they have to be cut, styled, patterned, and colored to flatter her. Granted, the lady isn’t wearing all of it, but that’s not the point. The jacket looks good on the fella. Not so the lady. It’s a man’s jacket. It doesn’t look good on her. But a suit made for a woman is quite fetching. So no, as a rule I don’t find boy’s clothes worn by a girl to be attractive in and of themselves. Unless the context makes it so, such as my gal wearing my shirt. If you don’t like them, then you can perhaps celebrate escaping this relationship. If your boyfriend dumped you over something this trivial, then there wasn’t much to it anyway.
